- Repair or replacement of gas supply pipe (up to 35mm) and controls if we cannot repair them.
- Repair or replacement of the flue and terminal (up to 1000mm in length).
- Replacement boiler if we cannot repair it (up to 10 years old).
- System Health Check within 60 days of the start of the agreement.

- Boiler breakdown.
- Replacing the fan or PCB.
- Replacing the heat exchanger.
- Repairing or replacing the timers or controls.
- Replacing a zone valve.
- Replacing a central heating pump.
